The Mint building in Freiburg no longer exists.  Nevertheless, the historic shield or coat of arms of the mint still remains and has been placed on the facade of the current building, a small hotel.

preserved and placed is on the facade of the current building which stands on the site.

of the small hotel which stands today on the site of the old mint.
